Our cards are made to order and produced through our print and fulfilment partner.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Our current estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, and production and delivery times can vary.

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights if goods are not delivered within the timeframe agreed with you or within the timeframe required by law.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
